In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Cancellation must be in the form of a facsimile, email or letter and sent to our address as listed on the contact us page along with a copy of a returns form Returns Form.

You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies will be returned within 30 days from when goods are received back (this does not include the time it takes to be returned), on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition in which they were received. We will send you a Payment Request for the £20.00 Carrier collection fee and £15.50 Parcel Force collection fee (for smaller items), once this is paid we will arrange for the collection of your goods. Once we have received the goods and confirmed that they have been returned in the condition in which they were received a refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We will however not accept back goods that have been opened or used. If you return goods that have been opened or used and are unsuitable for re-sale we will be unable to offer the full refund and you will be charged accordingly.
