Delivery Process |

After you place your order it is passed onto our order processing team. Once the order is processed a member of the team will call you to notify you and arrange a delivery day. If the item you ordered is out of stock or for some reason unavailable you will be notified and given the opportunity of a full refund. Could you please ensure that somebody is at home on the day of delivery to help the driver to your door with the goods. Unfortunately, the driver will be unable to help you into the house with the goods, for insurance purposes, and it is therefore necessary for there to be somebody home to carry the goods inside the premises.

Where we Deliver |

Parcel under 1 metres in length and girth i.e. (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension, will be sent by Parcel Force. These can be delivered to any where within the U.K mainland. All U.K areas that are not U.K mainland are subject to a 60% surcharge (please call before ordering).
Any order that is above the measurements listed above or over 25kg in weight will be sent via one of our third party carrier services. This is subject to restricted areas. Please see our delivery area map for full details.
